State of Missouri to Host Hiring Event in St. Louis

JEFFERSON CITY, MO – The State of Missouri is hosting a free hiring event in St. Louis on Thursday, Oct. 22, to showcase public service career opportunities. The statewide hiring event will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Urban League Centene Connected Community Center, 2900 Pershall Rd., St. Louis, MO 63136.

Job seekers will have the opportunity to meet with multiple state agencies and:

  • Take part in onsite interviews
  • Receive professional resume support
  • Learn about the benefits available to state employees
  • Attend a “workshop on the 30” for helpful tips and information

“This is an exciting opportunity for St. Louis residents to explore a wide variety of jobs with the State of Missouri,” said Dawn Sweazea, director of talent acquisition within the Office of Administration. “We look forward to supporting the attendees with resources designed to help them navigate the hiring process.”
